52. Preparation In this 52nd episode of the pod, I talk about my lack of preparation and challenges as a graduate student. I've learned that due to my lack of preparation and lack of awareness of understanding the ongoing recovery process for my brain. I didn't think of myself as someone with a disability or trauma. But, I am. I have a dissability from a traumatic brain injury. Now, I'm approaching the end of my semester and I'm learning it's not over, I just need to prepare, share and be vulnerable with this new season so that I can still be successful.
