The more clearly we can view these new opportunities and challenges, the more equipped we are to meet our goals and maximise our life/work balance.  A report by digital workplace specialists Claromentis  back in Feb 2021 revealed that 73% of UK workers wanted to split their time between home and office working after the pandemic. Was this wishful thinking or are we really making systemic change? September is an ideal time to model the school year and get a new timetable, fresh uniform and set your vision for a great 6 weeks.
