The first step to living in your full potential is awareness! Having awareness will allow you to discover the lessons and signals your body is telling you. Pay attention to the way your body reacts to foods, physical activity and people's energies. Once you are aware of how your body is reacting to certain things, this will allow you to be able to respond accordingly. We want to listen to the signals our bodies give us before the issue becomes a bigger problem. I'm excited to be soon launching my coaching program called "The Muvement" which will guide you through these steps of recognizing and being aware of what is coming up for you and then how we can respond and help create the Warrior you are.
