53. Enjoying the Freedom of Thought- Josh Mackay - Solar Launch

-I’ve been enjoying the freedom to think about what I’d really like to do with my time and money outside of the business with Shane -I am forming a stronger picture in my head of what direction I’ll be going, and it feels the best fit to think about doing sales with/for other businesses -Part of me wonders if/how much I’ve held myself back be doing business with Shane, and how much progression was made by doing business with him-Overall I would not change the decision to do business together with him, but moving forward I would like to have clearer direction, with defined roles and solid accountability for those roles-I like the idea that there is only one person accountable in my next venture, one final decision maker, but I value greatly the consultations Shane and I have, aswell as the consultations from our learning and reading
