53 - "LOVE ALWAYS WINS" with 'Our Mental Health Rocks'

from Courage Dear Heart · host Charli Wall

Courage Dear Heart Meets 'Our Mental Health Rocks' with Julie Brown & James Abbott who work with young people and teens. One of the questions I get asked the most from my community is a variation of, "How can I help my child/ daughter/ son?" or, "Can you work with my child/ daughter/ son?" Whilst I would love to be able to help EVERYONE, my preferred human to work with is with women. So I thought I would create a podcast series to interview my colleagues who specifically work with young people and children. In this episode I chatted with Julie and James from 'OUR MENTAL HEALTH ROCKS' "Julie and James are Mental Health experts on a mission to revolutionise the way Mental Health is understood and taught in schools, the workplace, in life! Nobody is broken. You can not break a human being. You can, however, misunderstand your moment-to-moment experience of life. You can feel your experiences so strongly that you get entangled in your thought/feeling-led-perception, and at times believe there are no other options available. By helping people, young, old, personally and professionally, understand how they work, you can find an easier way to experience and navigate your life. YOU can experience every single struggle you have in life, with more ease" As with all my podcast episode's, this was live-streamed into my Facebook Community, The Freedom Group Here is the link to the help sheet that Julie mentioned: OMHR Self-Harming help sheet Here is the episode on YouTube
