He practiced on the island of Aruba till 1985 after which he was in private practice in Breda, the Netherlands. In 1991 he relocated to San Francisco, CA He is the former (1992-2006) Director of Implant Prosthetics, Oral & Maxillofacial Residency Program, University of the Pacific, San Francisco, CA . He is the developer of the 3D Click Guide®, holder of two patents, has authored over 25 scientific publications and a textbook chapter . He is a fellow of the Academy of Osseointegration a member of the Pacific Coast Society for Prosthodontics.
