54: 12 Lessons I've Learned Over The Past 12 Months

We are approaching our 1 year anniversary of the podcast! I thought what a better way to celebrate one year than sharing some of my key lessons learned over the past year in hopes some of my lessons learned may also help support you! + Seriously - Thank you for all of you who have been here since the beginning. I appreciate you so much. 12 Key Takeaways + Lessons Learned That saying about your greatest fear being your greatest gift really is true Plant Medicine + the deep connection I now have with God/Source/Universe because of that + the deep faithI have knowing im always being guided and supported. I realized the man I was seeking outside of me was the healing of the masculine within me. providing myself safety, security, boundaries and protection - not seeking a man to provide that for me You can make a big impact even if you don't have a large following. We need to remember any life impacted even if its just one is making an impact. Dating: I realized I find someone I like and pedestal them and my journey was to realize I needed to stop doing that and actually get to know these ppl and their character before getting emotionally attached To not act when things feel rushed, overwhelming or not peaceful, could be your body signalling it's not for you. Slow down, silence external noise, and trust your own intuition - especially if youre self proclaiming ADHD over yourself and your life.  If you’re single trust that you may have some more lessons to learn and overcome and trust your future partner may be on their journey of moving through there in order to become the person they need to be for your partnership to flourish and last long term- don’t rush it. Lean into finding peace within you so you don’t feel a ‘need’ for a partner and prioritize relationships with self and sisterhood Friendship + The Season of Sisterhood: I realized because I was always in relationships I never actually allowed the intimate and depth of how beautiful a friendship could be surface. It’s been beautiful cultivating such deep deep friendships and relationships with women in my life and being vulnerable and open + continuing to foster that. I’ve allowed myself to continue to evolve and expand. Not putting myself in a box- letting myself share whatever is on my heart to share Say yes more and learn to go with the flow Trust the lessons and challenges you encounter, as they are opportunities for growth and evolution. Setting intentions with full conviction and belief can lead to their manifestation.
