On the podcast we talk about recovery all the time and we wanted to break it down and be more specific. Over the next 3 episodes we talk about what our recovery looks like as betrayed, what his recovery looks like as the betrayer or the addicted, and then what couple recovery looks like. These are three separate categories in this process that sometimes we want to lump all together under the umbrella of "recovery", and they really are distinct and separate categories.  In this episode we're going to start with our recovery and what that looks like, and give some specifics on what to look for.
