54. Sean Greaney and the Great Outdoors

from Cultra Trail Running · host Cultra Trail Running Podcast

This is a one on one interview with Ultra runner Sean Greaney.  Sean grew up in CT and has run extensively in the White Mountains  and now lives in Seattle with his wife Sara.  He is a true outdoors-man, who just loves playing in the mountains. Sean and I have some history as we have traveled a few hundred miles together on the trails, including the CUT 112 in 2018.  Sean has a special way of describing Western States, Angeles Crest, the Cut112 and high altitude mountain skiing that really makes you feel like you are there.    CT Sports and Fitness: https://connecticutsportsandfitness.com/ Fred Murolo's "Running Home": https://www.amazon.com/Running-Home-Novel-Frederick-Murolo/dp/1983118370 Live Loud Running "Upcoming Events": https://www.liveloudrunning.com/events We're on Spotify! https://open.spotify.com/show/44etXyR0WbJtmKRKrP7V6M We're on iTunes! https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/cultra-trail-running/id1446356779   Please support Cultra Trail Running Podcast Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/CultraTrailRunning Strava: https://www.strava.com/clubs/CULTRA Twitter: https://twitter.com/blueblazerunner Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/cultratrailrunning/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/CultraTrailRunning/ Call the Karaoke Line at 203-DOG GENT   Intro and Outro Guitar by Nick, Vocals Jack Byram, and beats Jack Sevigny beatstars.com/sev_beats
