In this episode, I talk to Bryce Smith. He is an entrepreneur, fitness athlete, and host of the Invictus Mindset Podcast. He holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and a number of CrossFit Certifications. He is also a certified EMT and Firefighter with the LAFD. He began his coaching career as a student assistant strength and conditioning coach at California State University, Northridge, where he worked with a variety of teams. Simultaneously while at Northridge, he also worked at Valley CrossFit before joining the Invictus Coaching Staff in 2014.
