Today on the podcast professional rugby coach Alana Thomas joins me for a chat. Alana made her debut for the Wallaroos in 2006 against France. Alana went on to play 7 caps for Australia and is Wallaroo number 88! Since retiring from rugby as an athlete, Alana is now a professional rugby coach. Currently, Alana works at the Victorian Institute of Sport and works with Rugby Australia as the National Program Manager for Women’s Rugby. Prior to her new role at Rugby Australia, Alana was the head coached of the Melbourne Rebels Super W team for 5-years.
