We actually got on a call together and she closed the kitchen door because she didn't want her partner to hear her giving out her credit card to sign up for a program. And in that moment I felt so sad. I felt sad that she wasn't supported fully and that she didn't have the confidence that she needed to really move forward towards her goals. Sometimes, it's just all about you giving yourself that permission in order to move past all the blocks, all the fears, all the insecurities that are holding your dreams hostage.
