from Healing with WORTH · host Healing With WORTH

In this last episode of Hers, His and Our recovery we felt like this particular topic was a little out of our scope.  And then we realized there are benchmarks that both of us are looking for to know if he is ready to take the next step of couples recovery with us. And so we're going to share with you some of those benchmarks that we are looking for to know that our relationship is ready to go to the next step. Listen as we discuss 5 ways to know if you are ready to move into couples recovery work.  We address how do we know if we're ready?  How do we know if he is ready?   Please keep in mind there are contraindications for entering couple therapy.
