from Crazy Beeutiful Life Hosted by Bee Spiers

Hello y'all and Happy Monday! In todays episode we chit chat about how important it is to recognize that February is Black History Month. I encourage all of you, as well as myself, to talk actionable steps towards being anti-racist this month and every month moving forward. In today's episode we do a little monthly check-in with my new years resolutions and goals. We talk about dealing with and recovering from setbacks, and how to change your mindset so that you can be your most resilient self. If January wasn't your month, this month is another opportunity to get after it and be your strongest, most resilient self. Your goals are waiting for you to crush them, and I know you are capable. In today's episode I share a very real story about how I found my resilience and what that looked like in my life. This is your month to be productive, impactful, an to design a life that you love. You can do this. This episode also features a very special announcement about my FREE LIVE EXERCISE CLASSES taking place in the CBL facebook group! If you are not in the group then please go and head there now so you don't miss out on these amazing free classes. I can't wait to exercise with you all on Thursday mornings. It's a beautiful life, I love you so much! Much love, Bee, xxo.
