57. Jumpstarting the brain with HyperCharge

Dr. Stefano Sinicropi is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon who is the president and CEO of Midwest Spine and Brain Institute, one of the most highly respected medical practices in the Midwest.  He has treated tens of thousands of patients and performed over 9000 spinal surgeries since joining the group in 2006. As CEO, Dr Sinicropi has helped to expand Midwest Spine and Brain to include, three Orthopedic Spine Surgeons, five Neurosurgeons and 15 advanced practice providers who provide advanced neurosurgical and spine care throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.  Dr. Sinicropi has been a founding member of InSitu Biologics, Greenway Surgery Center, Ridges Surgery Center, and Maple Grove Restorative Surgery Center as well as non-medical ventures in the bar and restaurant industry. His current venture, Hypercharge™ Performance and Recovery Clinics, aims to revolutionize health care by offering holistic, personalized care using the latest wellness technology.   One specific area where the founders are most passionate is the targeting of brain health utilizing transcranial light and laser therapy to improve cognition, post-concussion symptoms, PTSD, anxiety and neurodegenerative diseases.   His business partner at HyperCharge, Tram Holloway, is an accomplished Neuro-Muscular Rehab Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer who has rehabbed over 4000 soft tissue injuries since 2002. Tram creates and administers therapeutic, recovery and performance tools to amateur, collegiate and professional athletes. He has additional training in Neuro Target System function – a blend of chiropractic medicine, functional neurology, kinesiology, and other therapeutic techniques to affect he brain-body relationship. Tram was introduced to cryotherapy and later became a multi-unit franchise owner with Restore Hyper Wellness.
