In this episode I speak with Lizzy, a Nigerian woman based in California about her motherhood experience so far while being in a wheelchair. Lizzy was disabled in 2008 after a spinal cord injury caused by a car crash. Lizzy shared how she manages her time as a full-time influencer, blogger, Youtuber and as a wife and mother to her adorable toddler, Zuri. She also talks about the different times she has had help (Omugwo), what house work she currently outsources, and how she gets in self-care.
