Dr. Julia Sen is a Registered Clinical and Counselling Psychologist in Ontario with over twenty years of experience compassionately working with adult individuals, couples, and groups on their journey to healing and growth.  Dr. Sen believes that psychotherapy is based on providing a warm, safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their emotions and needs. She integrates her learning from cognitive behavioural, emotion focused and client-centered therapies and works with clients to create meaningful change in their lives. She has created various transformation programs to creatively unlock our innate wisdom and navigate life with greater ease and flow.  With a special interest in parenting, fertility, and inner child work, Dr. Sen believes that anything is possible.
