#59 A good drink is better than any medicine?

from 1 minute Japanese with Super Simple Japanese · host Super Simple Japanese

#592025/04/18(金)~ A good drink is better than any medicine? Do you drink alcohol? There is a Japanese proverb that says, “Sake wa hyakuyaku no chou.”It means that the right amount of alcohol is better than any medicine. My grandfather was very healthy, even though he drank a lot every day.I think the reason why people say that “Sake wa hyakuyaku no chou”drinking is not about drinking alcohol itself, but it’s because that you can forget stress and have a good time laughing with your friends.【Today’s words】お酒(おさけ)①Alcohol 🍺🍷🍶②Sake (日本酒 / にほんしゅ🍶)ちょうどいい/ just right浴びるように飲む(あびるように のむ)/ to drink a lot (as if you bathe in alcohol)楽しい時間を過ごす(たのしい じかんを すごす)/ to have a good time
