In this episode of The Life Outside Podcast, Cam chats with Bastien and Jordan. They met at the start of the Pacific Crest Trail in 2024, and quickly began hiking together. It didn’t take long for a trail romance to blossom, and after finishing their thru-hike and growing closer than ever,  they moved in together and started an ultralight gear company in Canada. We chat about the PCT experience, how their relationship developed over 4,250km of hiking, the process of bootstrapping an ultralight gear company together, and how stepping foot onto their second thru-hike, the Hexatrek, was very different from the PCT.
