Full-Time Black Women across the country are trying to figure out how to be show-stopping employees or entrepreneurs and nurture and care for their children while attempting to hold onto their own sanity. Many women have opted to leave their employment during the pandemic while others have been forced out due to the lack of child-care.  But staying at home and forgoing a paycheck is a choice many are unable to make.
