59. Unconditional love with Jon Toms

This week I am joined by my friend Jon Toms! In this episode we talk about what it means to love yourself and connect to yourself.

Jon Toms greatest desire is that everyone would understand and truly know how deeply they are loved by God! That they would understand their true identity as Son’s and Daughters, and with that understanding, do great things! Jon works as an Onboarding Manager in the corporate world and outside of this regularly take people on Wellness Walks in London to listen, connect and find joy in the every day! Jon is passionate about Emotional health and helping people understand their inner world of feelings and emotions and what it looks like to navigate these.
