Did you ever stop to think about why people come into your life a second time? I often wonder about this as people reappear in my life. Is there a life lesson that I missed the first time? Or, is it just a really great coincidence and we can help each other. Cheryl Rice is one of those people and am thrilled that she's back in my life. She has so much to offer the world that I split my time with her over two episodes. Cheryl is a local hero who has a world presence now with her You Matter Marathon (more on that next week!) I knew her when she was just getting started with this movement and thrilled at how far she's come. While Cheryl's work is focused on coaching and guiding women, today's episode is meant for all humans. Self-care does not discriminate based on gender and as such, Cheryl's wisdom is universal. To continue the conversation with Cheryl, you can connect with her on LinkedIn, checkout her website, or view her amazing TED talk.  Are you interested in starting a podcast of your own? Sign up for a 1:1 class with me to launch. I'll show you in under 60 minutes what took me 6 months to learn. If you're a self-starter and know how to prioritize your time, I have a guide to get you started today and that I've premiered in my Etsy shop, The Life Learner.
