Cape Town has long been celebrated as one of the world’s great food cities—and thisNovember, its chefs, restaurants, winemakers and artisanal producers are all being brought together around one enormous table. Taste of Cape Town takes over the Green Point Cricket Club on the 28th and 29th of November for two days of signature dishes, live cooking experiences, wine tastings, music and plenty of shared discovery. It is part of the internationally celebrated Taste Festival series, but thisedition is proudly built around South African flavour, culture and culinary talent. Joining us to tell us what they are cooking up is the Group CEO of The Allure Group and the South African licence holder of the Taste Festival, Bonnke Shipalana.
