#6 22 a day is too many

from Intentional Disruption

Today is a somber episode that dives deep into the darker parts of the human experience. The hashtag #22aday comes from the military world but it applies to each of your daily lives.    Today I discuss signs of distress and discuss some of my real world experiences with suicide. I discuss topics that @derick_carver brought to light on IG recently as well as my experience with the Veterans Administration.    You will hear some background noise i this episode as I recorded it right after a veteran killed himself at a VA hospital. My apologies for the quality.    As always if you are looking for someone to help you in your marriage, business or just want to level up feel free to reach out.    You can reach me @coachmikedemo on FB and @coach_mike_demo on IG
