#6 Erlend Karlseng: Om å bygge milliardselskap og veien inn i restaurantbransjen

Erlend Karlseng ble nylig kåret til Årets selskapsbygger av E24. I 2021 startet han selskapet EIK Servering med tre studievenner og på drøye to år har de blitt 30 ansatte på hovedkontoret, med en portefølje med milliardomsetning, 1400 ansatte og 70 restauranter og utesteder i deres eie.I denne episoden hører vi om hvordan EIK gruppen tok veien inn i restaurantbransjen, gjennom å kjøpe seg inn i Los Tacos og snu røde tall til grønne.
