Over the past few notes, we've explored what it means to hold space through presence, solitude, and seeing things as they really are. Today, we're adding another layer by talking about hope. A virtue vital to our happiness in life. I have found that whatever level of hope I have—there is always a direct correlation to my own sense of well-being. This is not by accident. When hope is high, your own feelings will reflect this. When hope is low, you'll feel the effects of this as well.
