0. Intro to The Art of Receiving (The Art of Receiving)
There’s often a quiet shame around the act of receiving. Culturally, we've come to see receiving as selfish, indulgent, or even weak. Many of us have been conditioned to believe that nobility lies in constant giving, that somehow humility means not accepting support, praise, or abundance. But here's the simple truth: giving requires energy, and energy can only be replenished by receiving. There’s often a quiet shame around the act of receiving. 6. Letting Go of What Others Think (Be Not Afraid)
What Other People Think: Reclaiming Your Voice in a World of Conditional LoveIn this note, I’m diving into one of the most challenging parts of being a modern human: how much we care about what other people think. We’ve all heard the advice, “It doesn’t matter what others think,” and maybe you’ve even said it yourself—to your children, your friends, or your own reflection in the mirror. But it’s one thing to say it. It’s another thing entirely to convince your body it’s true.Often, the fear of others’ opinions keeps us from making changes, speaking up, or pursuing what we know deep down we’re meant to do. We stay silent. We delay dreams. We sacrifice authenticity. Why? Because we’re afraid. We fear rejection. And love and acceptance in our tribe is one of the most powerful primitive drives we have. But if we consistently abandon our inner wisdom for external validation, the long-term effects are far more damaging than the temporary discomfort of disappointing others. So in this episode, I’m sharing my journey of learning to care less about what other people think—and how this shift has helped me trust myself more deeply.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 5. You're Designed to Evolve, so Allow Yourself to Change (Be Not Afraid)
You Are Designed to Evolve: Embracing the Grace of ChangeWe are all designed to evolve—it’s part of our nature. Everything is in a state of constant change. The body you have as a baby is not the body you have as an adult. It grew. It transformed. Likewise, your lifestyle, your beliefs, your sense of self—these too are meant to shif t and unfold over time. The only constant in the world is change. Everything in nature reflects this—nothing is static. Even when the rose is in full bloom in summer, it eventually fades. The petals fall, winter comes, and then spring brings rebirth. There is death and rebirth many times over for the rose—and for each of us.Yet, so often we resist the changes happening within ourselves or those we love. In this note, we’ll explore how to embrace personal evolution—and how trusting the cycle of death and rebirth offers more than meets the eye.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 4. Fear is a Cliffhanger, so Finish the Story (Be Not Afraid)
Finish the Story: Transforming Fear by Moving Beyond the CliffhangerHumans have this amazing tendency to time travel into the future and live out the scenes of the worst-case scenario on repeat—even though the future hasn’t happened. We create anxiety and fear from these thought-movies flashing through our minds. But have you ever noticed how those mental replays always stop at the cliffhanger? The moment it all goes wrong. The moment you’re humiliated. Rejected. The moment you lose everything important. That’s where fear leaves us hanging.Fear is powerful. It can be paralyzing. But in this note, we’re going to walk through a transformative process to reduce fear and anxiety. It’s as simple as finishing the story. Because in reality? The story isn’t done yet.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 3. Expectation Energy (Be Not Afraid)
Expectation is a powerful force in every person's life and one of the biggest drivers of motivation. It influences our decisions on every level—whether it's the macro life choices we make or the micro moments of everyday interaction. While expectations can help keep order, if left unquestioned, they can prevent us from living our own purpose. In this episode, we explore what happens when we surrender our agency to others’ expectations—and what unfolds when we find the courage to choose our own path.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? Transforming Fear: Pachad & YirahToday’s note is all about transforming fear. What role does fear play in your own life? Do you allow it to freeze your progress, or do you know how to work with it? We’re going to talk about two types of fear—and how one of them, surprisingly, is a fear you actually want to embrace. So let’s get into it.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 1. Resistance
The Gift Inside ResistanceHave you ever felt like the moment you step toward something meaningful, everything starts to fall apart? In this episode, we explore the hidden wisdom of resistance—how it shows up in our bodies, our emotions, and our thoughts—and why the way through might be the exact opposite of what you expect. Together we will discover how allowing ourselves to feel—rather than fight—can become the most powerful path to healing and transformation. If you’ve been bracing against life, this is your gentle nudge to soften, breathe, and begin again.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 10. Awakening the Soul (One Heart Love Lessons)
During our dreams, when our physical body is asleep, we see projected images. We believe what we see while dreaming and react as if those projections are real. How many times have you awoken, deeply relieved that your dream wasn't real? That you actually do wear clothes in public? That you do have the power to create your life instead of being a pawn in a dream world? Our spirit experiences a similar dream state in real life. Because of the conditioning of our environment we begin to view life through a lens of fear, anxiety, worry, insecurity, shame, and smallness.Just like our nighttime dreams conjure projected images, even moments when we are physically awake our spirit may be asleep to who we really are, and so we can live inside projected images in our waking life as well. Life feels like it's happening to us. We feel like victims of our circumstances, trapped in the stories we tell ourselves. Every strained relationship we've experienced, every moment of fear, every episode of frustration—it all connects back to the stories we believe.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 9. Long Allowing (One Heart Love Lessons)
Part of being able to love all our wounded parts and being able to heal from past events in our life is our ability to accept what is.As we grapple with the way life has not worked out in the way we would have hoped it would, our mind will often argue that things should have been different than they are. We spiral in our stories into a state of separateness that blocks us from love. And when we don't feel love, we suffer.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 8. The Order of Love (One Heart Love Lessons)
Our relationships shape us deeply—and, let’s be honest, they can make life beautifully complex. Not only do you have an ego, but so does everyone else! And to add another layer, we’re all in different stages of awakening. If you’re already on a journey of learning to love yourself, you’ll likely notice it becomes easier to love others too. These two loves—self and other—are deeply interconnected. One nourishes the other. In this Creator Field Note, I want to talk about what I’ve come to call the order of love. One of the greatest teachers and advocates of all time on the topic of love was Jesus. When Jesus was asked what the most important commandment was, He replied:"Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment." (Matthew 22:37-38)"And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself."In a world that was so quick to judge and condemn, this message of love being above all other laws was quite a radical message. Our time is not so different. Our culture today is likewise quick to judge, to cancel, and to condemn. And choosing love first is still radical. Radical only because it isn't yet the default. But it is the way to peace and freedom. So how do we live this order of putting love first?Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 7. The Art of Loving All Parts of Yourself (One Heart Love Lessons)
Welcome to the One Heart Creator Field Note Series. I'm your host, Brooke Snow, and I'm so grateful you are here.Have you ever felt divided inside yourself? Perhaps there's part of you who really wants to do something and part of you who doesn't. Or part of you that feels sad regarding an ending, and part of you that is relieved. Maybe there's a part of you that still longs for a certain dream or a part of you that still carries the burden of a criticism you received a long time ago. We often describe our complex feelings using this language... "Part of me feels (fill in the blank)." In this episode, we're going to address our many different parts and how this concept can help us to more fully understand our emotions and the triggers they might bring. Most importantly of all, is the invitation we all have to love these different parts of who we are. Even those parts that annoy us or that we would rather reject. We're going to learn how to talk to those parts with love and understanding so we can move into wholeness instead of staying divided in fractal parts inside.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 6. Unconditional Love with Boundaries (One Heart Love Lessons)
Hello, my friend. Welcome to the One Heart Series. I'm your host, Brooke Snow, and I'm so grateful to have you here.A question that often arises when you begin to explore unconditional love after living with conditions for so long is: If love has no conditions, then how do you not just become a doormat? How does the world not descend into chaos? These questions are really the result of being taught fear instead of love. And I think it’s so important to get clear on this distinction—because understanding it helps us create a more peaceful world. Before we begin, I invite you to join me in a three-breath meditation to settle into your own heart.Breathing in, come back into awareness of your body and descend to your heart. Breathing in, opening your heart. Breathing in, embody the love that is always inside you.Smile, and say to yourself, I love and accept you.Thank you, friends, for joining me for the One Heart Series.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 5. Judgement Creates Your Reality (One Heart Love Lessons)
Hello my friend. Welcome to the One Heart Field Notes. I'm your host Brooke Snow, and I'm so grateful to have you here.I came across a quote recently that said, "If it has conditions, it's not love."For most of my life, all I knew was conditional love. To even speak of love being unconditional felt abstract—maybe even confusing—based on how I’d been taught. It sure sounds nice and idealistic, but I always carried a list of exceptions that basically canceled it out as a real option. In this episode, we're going to talk about how judgment is the #1 block to experiencing unconditional love. And I will tell you right now: if you can let go of judgment, you will enter the world of unconditional love. It's that simple. And... at the same time, not so simple. Because our judgments can be so deeply held. But my goodness, it is worth the effort to let go. Because just as the quote says, "If it has conditions, it's not love." So my friend, let’s learn how to see—and remove—the barrier of judgment. Because unconditional love is real love. And real love is so much better.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 4. #1 Tool for Accessing Love (One Heart Love Lessons)
Hello, my friend. Welcome to the One Heart Field Notes. I'm your host, Brooke Snow, and I'm so grateful to have you here. In this episode, we're going to talk about the #1 tool for accessing love. Notice that I say access, because the truth is, you are love. And you always have love inside of you. We just block our access to the love within with all our judgments of ourselves. In this episode, I want to share with you my fastest and most effective tool for returning to the natural state of love that you are. Before we begin, I invite you to join me in a three-breath meditation to settle into your own heart.Breathing in, come back into awareness of your body and descend to your heart.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 3. Conditional Love (One Heart Love Lessons)
In this episode we're going to talk about conditional love and shine a light on how we may unknowingly withhold love from ourselves or others based on the conditions we've internalized. Living with conditional love carries heavy consequences. Most prominently, it creates the ever-present feeling of not being enough, of needing to fix or change who we are in order to be loved or accepted. It's a constant state of lack and emotional poverty—one of the great silent epidemics of our time. The great tragedy? It doesn’t have to be this way. Because the love we seek is already within us.This is why I begin each episode with the One Heart Meditation. We’re training ourselves to access the love that is always present. So let’s begin with a three-breath meditation to return to the heart:Breathing in, come back into awareness of your body and descend to your heart. Breathing in, open your heart. Breathing in, embody the love that is always inside you.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? You've probably heard it said that we are human beings, not human doings? The truth is, the doing will help support the being. And the being will help support the doing. 7. Totality and What it Means to be Alive (Reclamation of Feeling)
In this episode, we are going to explore a question. Typically, in social settings, we tend to ask the same questions of each other. How are you? What's going on in your life? Or if it's someone you haven't met before, perhaps questions like, Where are you from? What do you do for a living? Do you have children? Are you married? While these questions are important windows into someone's life, I was recently asked a casual question at a dinner that I haven't been able to stop thinking about for over a month. It stopped me in my tracks and made my heart beat fast. I'd never been asked it before, and because I didn’t have a rehearsed answer, it called me into deep contemplation. That question has sparked a search in me—and that search has added so much meaning to my life. Today, I’m excited to ask it of you.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 6. Expanding Your Range of Emotion (Reclamation of Feeling)
Have you ever felt like you're walking on eggshells in a relationship? We all know the feeling... trying not to rock the boat or create conflict. Yet, something vital feels missing—authentic joy. It's like there's an invisible wall between you and freedom. So, we stay small. We play it safe. We avoid the triggers, but we also shut out playfulness and joy. The space we live in becomes narrow, a tight corridor between extremes. We may convince ourselves we're keeping the peace, but in truth, we’re living in emotional confinement. And this isn’t just in relationships with others—we can walk on eggshells with ourselves too.In this episode, we’re going to talk about expanding our emotional range. Because life becomes so much richer when we open up to feel more—deeper, wider, higher.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 5. Respond from the Inside Out (Reclamation of Feeling)
Have you ever had the hope in your life that someday you would arrive at a point of spiritual maturity where you were no longer triggered by anything? You were no longer triggered by your spouse, or your kids, or your parents, or your co-workers, or that really annoying person in your life, or maybe even no longer triggered by your own self? I have had this wish for most of my life! I think I have imagined that someday there would hopefully be some epic moment of arrival where I was eternally happy and unaffected by emotional challenges because I'd finally figured out how to master the game of life and had transcended it. If reaching that arrival is even possible, I am still a long ways out, and more so, I don't know that I have ever met anyone who has ever arrived at perfect peace and stayed there forever afterwards, no matter what. All the people I know still get off balance...some are better than others at responding to those moments, but I don't know anyone who is no longer triggered by anything. With that said, I think talking about the nature of trigger and response is a worthwhile conversation. Perhaps if we understood some of the mechanics of what happens when we're triggered, we can, in the very least, get better at responding. 4. Human Emotions Need Expression Not Supression (Reclamation of Feeling)
We have spent the last few episodes learning how to not bypass our feelings and in this episode we're going to dive into how to express the emotions we're avoiding in a healthy way. Because human emotion needs expression, not suppression. Yes, that means how to express anger, rage, disappointment, grief, sadness, jealousy, and more. Sometimes, feeling our feelings in silence and just being an observer is enough. And other times, those emotions need a bit more drama in allowing ourselves to feel with our whole entire body and not just noticing them with our mind. Buckle up. I'm going to get really human in this episode. Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 3. Spiritual Bypassing (Reclamation of Feeling)
This is part 3 in a series I'm calling "Reclamation of Feeling". In this episode, we're talking about spiritual bypassing. This was a term I've only learned in the last few years, but I have experienced this emotional block my entire life, as I'm sure you have as well. Knowing what it is and what it looks like has been a key piece in learning how to regulate my emotions and move through things with more love and compassion. If you've ever tried to change how you feel by doing spiritual tools, if you've ever tried to just be more positive and optimistic, if you've ever tried to just look on the bright side or be more grateful and sometimes experienced that these things didn't help you feel better, this episode will explain why that can happen. You'll be able to spot where you do this to yourself, and perhaps when you might project this onto others in an effort to fix emotions we judge as wrong or bad. What if there isn't actually anything to fix? What if there's just things that need to be felt? This approach can make all the difference.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 2. The Land of Observation (Reclamation of Feeling)
In this episode, we are going to explore how to travel from one emotional state to another. We've all experienced what it's like to have emotions we resist, where we wish in the moment to feel different. To feel better, whatever better is. But the challenge with emotion, is that you don't immediately go from a low state to a high state. You don't immediately go from feeling anger to feeling happy. Or from disappointment to contentment. Especially if you are actively resisting what you are feeling in the moment. There's too big of a gap between the two states, and today we are going to learn about what exists in the gap. It's what I call The Land of Observation, and knowing about this place in the gap has been transformative in my journey of Reclamation of Feeling. 1. Love is More Than an Emotion (Reclamation of Feeling)
In my journey to embody more love and to live with One Heart, I have discovered that my ability to access love has a lot to do with my relationship to emotions. And truth be told, that relationship can be complicated. I can be all over the place from full out numbing myself from painful feelings, to making my emotions mean something about me or others, to spiritually bypassing anything uncomfortable in effort to be positive or more spiritual and fix myself. Welcome back to our final creator field note in the "Holding Space" series. Over the past notes, we've explored holding space through presence, solitude, truth-telling, and hope. Today, we arrive at the heart of it all: holding space for miracles. This isn't about magical thinking or bypassing hard realities—it's about cultivating a state of being that invites transformation, within ourselves and in the world around us.Please enjoy this free "Creating Miracles" Meditation from Brooke:https://share.transistor.fm/s/f51eacdbCreator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 6. How Bright is Your Hope (Holding Space)
Welcome back to another creator field note in our "Holding Space" series. Over the past few notes, we've explored what it means to hold space through presence, solitude, and seeing things as they really are. Today, we're adding another layer by talking about hope. A virtue vital to our happiness in life. I have found that whatever level of hope I have—there is always a direct correlation to my own sense of well-being. This is not by accident. When hope is high, your own feelings will reflect this. When hope is low, you'll feel the effects of this as well. My goal for today is to help you take a measurement of your current level of hope, and most importantly, give some ideas on how to raise it up and keep it up!So...What do you hope for?Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 5. Seeing Things as They Really Are (Holding Space)
Welcome to another creator field note in our "Holding Space" series. In our last conversations, we've talked about what it means to hold space for others—and for ourselves—through presence and solitude. Today, we're exploring how the stories we tell shape that space. Every interpretation we cling to, every assumption we make, builds or erodes the inner landscape where compassion, truth, and connection live. When we learn to question those stories with curiosity and love, we begin to hold space for ourselves in the most healing way possible. We begin to see things as they really are.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 4. Powerful Presence (Holding Space)
Welcome to another creator field note in our Holding Space series. In this conversation, we explore the transformative power of presence. While solitude creates the space, presence is what fills it. When we are fully present—with our breath, our bodies, our emotions—we step into alignment with our inner wisdom and the divine. In a world full of distractions, being present is how we return to ourselves and to the moment we’re actually living. Presence is how we hold space—not just for others, but for our own experience, one breath at a time.Living in the present moment is a popular catchphrase these days—probably because our culture makes it incredibly easy to be distracted. In this lesson, I want to share with you why presence matters, the power that lies there, and my favorite way to instantly drop into the present moment.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 3. Creating Solitude (Holding Space)
Welcome to another creator field note in our "Holding Space" series. In this note, we’re going to look at the practice of creating solitude—not as an escape, but as a deeply nourishing way to hold space for ourselves. Because when we carve out time to unplug from the noise of the world and return to our own center, we create the inner clarity and calm that makes it possible to show up more fully for the people around us. Solitude isn’t separation—it’s preparation. It’s how we steady our own nervous system so we can meet others with compassion, patience, and peace.Raise your hand if you've ever struggled with anxiety. How about depression? Comparison? Negative thoughts? Overwhelm? Feeling stuck? Feeling disconnected from yourself, the divine, or your loved ones? Have you ever had a hard time quieting your mind or trusting your intuition? Maybe you've longed for more peace, or wanted to be a steadier leader in your family or community? If so—congratulations. You’re human. And today, we’re talking about a solution that can touch each of these challenges: solitude.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 2. Holding Space (Holding Space)
Years ago I did a podcast episode on the topic of Holding Space that went viral. It resonated so deeply with people that I was invited to teach it on TV as well as several other workshops and events both in person and online. I believe what made my own perspective on this topic so profound was integrating the science behind this principle. Before we begin, I'd love to ask you, what does the concept of "holding space" mean to you? Have you heard the term before?Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 1. Being Before Doing (Holding Space)
You've probably heard the reminder that we are human beings, not human doings. Yet so often, we find ourselves stuck in the hustle—in the non-stop doing—that we either burn out or emotionally check out. We disconnect from ourselves, from others, and from the sacred. And in that disconnection, the weight of life can feel so much heavier. But what if there’s another way? A gentler way.I believe there is. It's what I call working from the inside out instead of from the outside in.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? In this episode we dive into one of the most exciting parts of the creation process—empowerment tools. Just like we talked about weeding out the blocks of our ego in our last lesson, now it’s time to water the seeds of who you truly are becoming. I’ll be sharing a firehose of practical tools to help you shift how you feel and be, what you see, what you say, and what you do—all rooted in the Law of Creation. These are the tools that lift, energize, and align you with your true self. Having a variety of tools helps you meet each moment with intention and creativity. Let’s expand your toolbox together.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 10. Clearing Tools (Identity)
Ultimately our goal with identity is to live in our true self as much as possible. While most lessons focus on one main idea, this one is more of a firehose. My goal is to introduce you to a wide variety of tools you can use to shift out of the shadow side of your ego and return to your true identity. Some tools you’ll recognize, others may be new. Think of this as building your personal toolbox. You won’t use them all at once, but you’ll want them handy when the moment calls for it. 9. The Gain (Identity)
What if the reason you feel stuck isn’t because you’re off track—but because you’re measuring the wrong way? In this episode, we’ll shift how you see progress by learning to measure backward instead of forward. You’ll discover why comparing yourself to others (or even your future self) can steal your joy—and how to find encouragement by looking instead at how far you’ve come.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 8. The GAP (Identity)
What if the distance between where you are and where you want to be isn’t a problem—but a powerful invitation? In this episode, we explore the concept of “the gap”—that sacred space between your current reality and your envisioned future. This conversation will help you reframe it not as a judgment or a deficit, but as a bridge to move forward with hope, choice, and clarity.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 6. Success is Not Abandoning Yourself (Identity)
What if success had nothing to do with achievement—and everything to do with alignment? In this episode, I share the most powerful definition of success I’ve ever heard, and why it changed the way I see my choices, my voice, and my soul. If you've ever bent yourself into someone else's mold or said yes when your heart whispered no, this is for you. Together, we’ll explore what it means to stop abandoning ourselves and start living in deep, nourishing alignment with who we really are.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 5. Next Time I Will (Identity)
What do you do when you slip back into old patterns and mess up? Today I want to share with you my favorite tool for turning mistakes into awesome moments of growth in a way that will leave you feeling empowered instead of deflated. Say goodbye to shame, and hello to your amazing future self.Have you ever struggled to change something you know would make your life better, but you keep reverting to your old ways? I have. So many times, I've judged myself for the same reactive patterns I fall into. Or I'd find myself setting the same goals year after year. January 1st would roll around, and I’d find myself writing down the same desires, frustrated that nothing had stuck yet.Has that ever happened for you?Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? You've probably heard the invitation to "see others the way God sees them" many times before. It's a beautiful aspiration, but often it can feel abstract. How do you actually do this? How do you see yourself, your family, your friends, and ultimately all of humanity through divine eyes? Especially in relationships where love feels hardest to access? In today's podcast, I’m excited to talk about what influences the way we see—and how, in a deeply practical way, we can begin to shift our perception. I've also included a guided meditation with this episode as a gift to help you bring this practice to life.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration? 2. What is True Self Care (True Self Care)
Self-care is a popular term, but it means different things to different people. For some, it's a girls' night out, a bubble bath, a mani-pedi, or a weekend getaway. For others, it looks like working out, hiking in nature, reading a good book, or simply carving out some quiet alone time. All of these can be nourishing. And, as you may have come to expect from me, I want to take us a little deeper.Today we’re exploring what I call true-self care. In our last episode, we reframed what it means to be self-centered—not as selfish, but as a sacred return to your own center. This time, we’re going deeper into what that actually looks like in your everyday life.Creator Meditation Library: Ready to move from inspiration to integration?
