Making considerations for other side of timetable and environment- communicating with clients where needed and appropriate when complex behaviour may occur.  Mindset- being ok with the unexpected, being ok with not knowing and having strategies that know to do when struggling such as talk to colleagues.  Being confident to allocate more time for these children and setting up expectations with parent and caregiver  Redirecting over reprimanding behaviour, get to know child and know their interests so you can successfully do this.
