#60: Curiosity Around Spirituality

She discusses with Emy and Gabi her journey questioning her faith.  She shows us how through curiosity, she has come around to the beliefs she has today.  Lucia also talks about her experiences in attending spiritual retreats.  She explains how retreats give her the time and space to focus on herself and her faith that, in the day-to-day, she doesn't have.  Lucia attends spiritual retreats every six months to keep her faith strong and alive. Gabi and Emy also share their experience in their spirituality and faith.  Lucia adds that she has great conversations with people with a variety of spiritual beliefs which also opens her up to be curious.
