60. Remind Myself of Time Horizons - Josh Mackay - Solar Launch

Been almost 3 months since we’ve listed the business and there’s been a lot of time pondering what I’d do next. There is some itching feeling that it hasn’t sold even though we are only halfway into the minimum timeframe we hoped for, and 1/4 of the more realistic timeframe. Shows me I still have some work to put into thinking on longer time horizons. Maybe even the fact that I’m selling it is also still a sign of that..Did I really put it in that much effort and is the business’s giving me back any less than the effort we put in?All this thinking about what’s next, the question has popped through our heads, if we had to improved the attractiveness of the business’s in order to sell it, for example have a recurring service or more commission only sales people, would we still sell it?
