60. The Shadows of Cleveland: Unveiling the Horrors of the Cleveland Strangler

As the city struggled with economic hardship, the police initially dismissed disappearances of local women, attributing them to drug-related issues. Meanwhile, an unbearable odor lingered, which residents blamed on a nearby sausage factory. However, when the stench worsened and a homeless man barely escaped a disturbing encounter with Sowell, suspicions arose.
