60. Your Missing Step Between Selling & Scaling
from Six Figure Systems Hosted by Chontelle Fossey
Episode Summary: In this eye-opening episode, Chontelle Fossey reveals the most overlooked (and critical) step in the customer journey that’s costing ecommerce founders sales. While many assume traffic equals revenue, Chontelle explains why this "see → click → buy" model doesn't reflect reality, and what you can do instead to convert more of your website visitors. She walks through the real path most customers take, why they’re likely to leave without buying, and how to bridge the gap with one powerful step: nurture. You’ll hear practical tips for how to build an email nurture sequence that actually converts, what to include in each email, and how to make your email list your most profitable sales channel. Whether you’re struggling to scale or feeling exhausted from social media, this episode will help you build a more sustainable and scalable sales system. What You’ll Learn: Why 97% of your traffic is walking out the “back door” of your website The most under-utilised page on your site (and why it needs your name on it!) How to shift your focus from traffic to conversion What an effective welcome flow looks like, and why yours probably isn’t cutting it A step-by-step breakdown of the 4 must-have emails in your nurture sequence Bonus: Grab Chontelle’s Welcome Flow Swipe Files—a plug-and-play email sequence designed to boost your conversions.
