#61 Meredith Stanford, No Longer Ruled By Food

from Happiness in Progress · host Danielle Craig

"We do not need to be defined by a number." My Happier in 2019 Challenge health month is winding down, but I wanted to get a fitness expert on the podcast to chat about what worked for her and a little bit of her fitness journey. Today you're going to meet Meredith Stanford. She is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and also partners with Beachbody as a coach. Today we talk about so many aspects of health including why she thinks so many people have trouble trying to break habits around eating, self-doubt and motivation. Meredith says she tried just about every diet out there until her body started fighting against her. She developed digestive and hormonal issues. That's when she discovered functional medicine.  In this episode we talk about Meredith's story, how success goes far beyond a number on the scale and what she works on with clients.
