In today's episode, I share my body image journey and where I am today with healing how I view my body and how I'm approaching shedding my grief weight. This time, I'm shifting from "fix it" energy to full empathy, understanding and acceptance of where I've been and moving into a healthier future by healing and loving myself and the parts that kept me alive through the unspeakable pain I felt after my dad died. I chat identity, survival mechanisms and learning to take a higher perspective approach to identify the root causes of my behaviours so I can lovingly shift them.
