612 “But Because of His Great Love”

Tuesday, October 7th: In Part 2, John explores the turning point of the gospel: “But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ.” Everything changes with that word—“but.” Against the backdrop of our sin and spiritual death, God’s love bursts through like light into darkness.
