I always take a walk from 6am for about an hour.On my way home, there are always a few first grade elementary school children waiting for the bus at the bus stop I pass. Many of the children going to private elementary schools in Tokyo go to schools within an hour or so from their homes and they commute to school alone by bus or train. When I was a student, I used to leave home at 7:30am at the earliest, so I am always impressed when I see elementary school students waiting for the bus at 7am.【Today’s words】帰りに(かえりに)/ on my way homeバス停(ばすてい)/ bus stop私立(しりつ)/ private ※公立(こうりつ)/ public通学する(つうがくする)/ to commute to school ※通勤する(つうきんする)/ to commute to work感心する(かんしんする)=すごいなと思う(おもう)/ to be impressed ※ I can tell they’re in the first grade because usually they wear yellow hats or yellow bag cover and obviously because they’re little and so adorable🌸★This post is also available on the broadcast channel (Japanese daily tips) of my Instagram. 【https://www.instagram.com/channel/AbbOi9lyhNtGwo6A/?igsh=enhqNGRyajhobnZ5】
