62. From breakdown to breakthrough

Welcome back to Kindful the podcast. In this episode I share about a recent breakthrough I've had. It's been such a revelation to realise that I don't have to keep trying to be someone who I used to be. I don't have to stay in places that I've outgrown, I don't have to hold onto identities just because others expect me to. In fact, I don't have to do anything at all. It sounds outrageous and completely rebellious, trust me, I know. But it also feels so liberating and freeing to realise that I am the only one holding myself back. I am the only one stopping myself from truly inviting in this next new chapter of my life and being open to it unfolding in the most beautiful, expansive way possible. Of course our minds will create all kinds of limitations of what's possible for us and our lives. Our minds want certainty, they want answers. But sometimes the best things in life come when we let go of control and needing to know, and when we open ourselves up to what the Universe has planned for us. Thanks for being here and being you.
