62. Is There Something Wrong With Me?

Have you ever wondered if there's something wrong with you? Are there days where you doubt yourself and question your capabilities? Well, we all do at some point in our life, right? Especially to those in the business industry. If you're a business owner and you're listening to this podcast, you might relate to this episode. Business owners always ask what's wrong with them when they're not productive, they get complaints, clients cancel, or when they indulge in something not healthy. 🤔🤷‍♀️ Seriously? LOL!! But it's part of the business, right? And when these things happen, I will start to question my teachings, my business, and most especially, my own self. Do you have that question in your mind? Does it happen a lot that you just go into this loop of going, "What's wrong with me?" Do you do that to yourself? How do you manage it? What's wrong with me, it's such a strong statement that we say out loud because we have so much expectation... We have expectations of how things are supposed to be and how things are supposed to end. And those expectations, when they're not met, they bring us so much pain. And that is because we think that we're not good enough, we think there is something wrong with us because we should have made that work.
