I haven't eaten breakfast for 7 years and based on conventional wisdom, I should be hospitalized. Yet, I feel stronger, healthier, more vibrant and youthful than ever before.  Intermittent fasting really is one of those things I wished I started sooner and it's one of those things I'm not planning to quit. Thanks to fasting, I feel confident enough to live a very long and robust life. In this episode, I'm going to walk you through how I started IF and what are the biggest lessons I've learned.
