63. How to BE Your Future Self NOW

Have you ever heard of FUTURE SELF WORK?Future Self-Work is a practice that helps you become the future version of you. The version of you who has already achieved the goal that you want to achieve. It’s like telling the universe and your brain that this is what you want to have happened in the future.In this week’s Yes Mujer Build It! episode, I’ll teach you a TOOL that you can use NOW to connect with the future version of yourself. The process is called Scripting. In Scripting we pick a day in your future life and you write it out step by step as if it was a memory. I use this tool during my Future Self Experience events to help you align your present self with your Future Self. It provides insights on what action steps you need to take to get you closer to your goal. Practicing Scripting is a simple yet powerful way to envision your future life right now, and it's available to you at any time.There are many tools you can use to connect with your Future Self.
