With limited budgets, what equipment will coaches prioritize? If you had to pick a piece of equipment, what is most important to your program? & Thoughts about how to approach getting back in the water after a couple of months due to Covid-19  (May 27th, 2020 - 3:00 p.m. New York Time) Coaches talking about what piece of equipment is most important for them and more with future cuts that we may have in our budgets.  Very creative coaches and great information. The conversation moved to sharing thoughts about how to start training again now that swimming pools are opening.  Challenging times ahead of us with many changes that are going to have an effect in the way we used to organize our clubs.  Never forget to always look at the positives of the negatives and be creative, then you will be successful. Thank you all and looking forward to our next talk! #COACHINGISSHARING
