#64 - Sacred Signals - Listening to a Woman's Body

Our beautiful and powerful bodies speak volumes to us, sometimes in whispers, sometimes with great volume. Sisters, if we make it a practice, a lifestyle of being and staying tune with our bodies, we will receive sacred signals that guide, direct, and lead us to the best life possible. But so often we squelch, diminish and ignore what our bodies are telling us they need.We are badasses. We are warriors. We are sacrificial. We can hold it all. But should we? I am in a season of finally listening and taking action on what my body is telling me she needs. My hope is that my journey through ignoring clear signals to surrender and acceptance that I need a full hysterectomy will provide a guiding light to you beautiful humans out there.
