Prior to founding Thimble, Oscar worked as a K-12 educator and college admission officer - recruiting high school students for admission into top universities. In his roles, he worked closely with underrepresented students - inspiring them to pursue STEM majors and careers - even if STEM wasn't their first choice.  Oscar is a first generation high school and college graduate, and entrepreneur. His family hails from Honduras.
