65. Confidence is a Choice
from Redefine Beautiful
Summer is often thought of as a carefree and fun season, but as we ditch sweaters for swimsuits, it can also be a time when our confidence takes a hit. Looking in the mirror, we don't necessarily see a perfect swimsuit body. Does that mean we should be any less confident? Absolutely not—it just means we're looking for confidence in the wrong place. I'm Faith, host of Redefine Beautiful, and in today's episode, we'll uncover the empowering truth that confidence is a choice—one that does not rely on external appearance but comes from within. As the season changes and our outfits become less about coverage and more about comfort, it's the perfect time to address the real source of self-assurance. In today's episode, I'll guide you through the misconceptions that bind our self-esteem to the physical and show you how to break free from these chains. Join me as we learn to cultivate a strong, positive self-image that doesn't waver, regardless of the season or the mirror. Ready to start your transformation?
