65. I'm in a Rough Season of Life. This is How I'm Managing.

ok so...I basically made a pact with myself when I first started life coaching to absolutely 100% NOT JUST show the "good times"/pretend like my life and mental health is perfect just so people will pay me to coach them. There's a part of me that STILL believes I can only show up when I'm in a positive state of mind or everyone will think I'm a failure/imposter and be like 'wtf how is she a life coach'??? The stories our minds tell us, L O L :( So here I am, showing up in my slog-fest of existence at the moment, and sharing how I'm coping with my mind's various dramas.
