We discuss his story coming up in the Army, building a family, and developing as a leader through years of opportunity and challenges. God has a plan for all of us, and thankfully, we do not have to go through this alone. It takes a network of family, friends, mentors, and coaches along the way to make it a life worth living. Ryan has a career that any one of us would be proud of and is soon to be the battalion commander of 1-32 Infantry at Ft Drum, NY.  But if you ask him, there is nothing he is prouder of than his family. We hope you enjoy today’s conversation with Ryan Alexander. Why Teach Me to Fish? Catch someone a fish, feed them for a day. Teach them to fish, feed their family for life. Our purpose is to help Leaders better understand what drives People to serve. In any organization, the core of recruiting and retaining talent revolves around leadership.
