66. Shayla Martin (Breast Cancer Survivor)

On today’s episode, I am speaking with Shayla Martin. Shayla was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 39 in 2017. On this episode, we speak a lot about mental health and the incredible work she has done focusing on healing and recovery so that she can live with joy and happiness and fulfillment. We speak about the importance of therapy, being open and honest with people in your life, setting boundaries and so much more. This conversation is raw and vulnerable and is all about how to face hard things in life and come out on the other side.
