66. The Quick Turnaround

Well, as we so often say around here, God rarely lets us talk about a topic we don't first have to DO. We are Friendship in Motion after all! And this week, God called a big "change of play" through a friend. We were stunned, a little breathless, relieved, scared, excited, and oh so grateful!   In this season of Quick Turnarounds, we can't be confused when we start walking one way, only to have God call an audible and tell us to turn it around! This is strategy, but if we don't know that, we'll stay stuck in confusion. That's the enemy's inheritance, not ours!   Turnaround - noun  1. an abrupt or unexpected change, especially one that results in a more favorable situation.  2. the process of completing or the time needed to complete a task, especially one involving receiving something, processing it, and sending it out again.  When God calls an audible, it's our job to listen and respond quickly and courageously, remembering always that it's to keep us safe and move us to a more favorable place!
