Dr. Toal attended and completed a General Practice Residency and three years of anesthesia preceptorship with the anesthesia department at John Cochran VA Medical Center and Reavis Barracks VA in St. Louis, Missouri. Over the course of her career, Dr. Toal has helped thousands of patients achieve their smiles; living free from infection and dental pain and the overarching medical conditions resulting in poor, incomplete or no dental care.
