Caryn is the founder of Pretty Wellness, a healthy lifestyle media and content creation company and is the author of the book, Happiness Through Hardship and the host of the podcast, Happiness Through Hardship. Caryn is radiant, full of energy and lives life with intention. We speak about the changes that she has made in her life since her diagnosis, the importance of knowing who’s on your team, and finding joy in the little things.
